The Quiet Unfold x Your Yoga Studio

Designed to be a beautiful addition to your yoga studio, The Quiet Unfold experience draws inspiration from the reflective and unfolding practices at the heart of yoga philosophy. The experience supports the idea that personal growth unfolds gradually - both on and off the mat - through ritual, reflection, and presence.

The Quiet Unfold offers studios the opportunity to create something unique: an experience of connection that begins on the mat and continues throughout an entire year. Combining the intimacy and reflection of a retreat experience without requiring significant cost, planning, or travel, The Quiet Unfold fosters deep connection, belonging, and engagement within your studio community long after the event itself has ended.

Studios are welcome to offer The Quiet Unfold as a one-off special event or as a regular addition to chosen classes throughout the year. There is no ongoing commitment, simply an open invitation to provide your members with a beautiful experience of life unfolding.

Studio collaborations include:

  • A program to deliver a self-led immersive 2 hour in-studio retreat experience combining yoga, meditation, journalling, and The Quiet Unfold letter-writing journey. After movement and stillness, you’ll guide your members gently into their reflective writing journey creating a unique member experience.

  • 12-month experience for all members. Each participant receives a welcome gift (containing a private journal, Letter to Your Future Self writing kit and pen, guided reflections and writing prompts), a year of private monthly letters, and archival storage of their Letter to Your Future Self, returned after one year.

  • A beautiful Wax Sealing Station, including step-by-step instructions, enables each participant to ceremonially seal their letter before it is archived for one year. A symbolic and meaningful process to commemorate the start of their unfolding journey.

  • Partner studios are invited to include a personal note when each participant letter is returned. A deeply meaningful touchpoint directly between the studio and their members.

  • Partner studios are featured as The Quiet Unfold collaborators, with opportunities to share their studio event to a wider community. Suburb exclusivity is offered.
